Food Surplus Management Ltd are one of Ireland's biggest food waste companies and they are committed to converting food surplus into renewable energy sources. What they do and how they do it is a complex enough process and difficult and time-consuming to explain in text or verbally. They needed to be able to convey everything that they are about, and the sheer scope of their operation in a way that was visually appealing and communicated clearly to their target audience.

Goals for this project:

• To help their potential customers feel like they have met FSM

• To position FSM in the market - convey that although they are Ireland’s leading food surplus management company they are still a family-run operation

• To help potential customers understand their brand and what they do in a clear and concise way

• To put across the need for the services that FSM provide and why this is so important

• Create a video that saves them time having to explain what they do

• Create Social Media Content from B-Roll and interviews for sharing weekly

• Customers get why and what they do

• 3 months of Social content

• Sales process speeded up - more sales closed quickly

Meath Enterprise were set up to be a support to SMA’s in the local area, by providing them with resources and crucially a network - with the overall objective of fostering the local economy and community… basically helping to keep people working near where they live!

To this end, they have developed a staggering range of supports and resources - nearly impossible to enumerate. We sat down together with them and honed in on their core principles - and importantly their why… and captured this on film, resulting in a Brand Story Video that brings the viewer right into the world of Meath Enterprise and immerses you in their ethos, inviting you to become part of their world.

Vera has many strings to her bow, and wanted a video that could put this across in a clear and accessible way, boosting sales for her courses while acting as a showcase for her academic work - as well as her art practice.

• Create a video that helps people to know her practice and that helps her to get more bookings

Bia Solutions are a Meath based business that provide multiple services to the food industry including HSAP training, and ISO accreditation amongst other things. We needed to sit down and hammer out a messaging plan of action that could do justice to the different services on offer while not confusing the audience. Good planning as always wins out, and the resulting video nailed all the fascets of Bia Solution’s business, while also capturing John’s warmth and professionalism… which goes such a long way towards making an audience feel like they already know you.

It was a great pleasure collaborating with FSM in Trim, Co.Meath to develop a video strategy aimed at enhancing their business growth. They opted for a suite of videos that includes a Brand Story Video, a Training Video and a Social Media Pack - in this case consisting of twelve videos. The primary objective of this particular video was to educate their target audience about the positive impact their work has on the environment.

FSM effectively collect, segregate and then transport food waste to anaerobic digesters, where it undergoes a transformation into biogas. This biogas is then utilised to supply the national grid with energy and also to power a portion of their fleet.

These short-form social media videos are deployed in scheduled posts on various platforms and are used to educate and to constantly refresh FSM’s marketing presence, keeping them in their customer’s sight-lines and driving traffic to their website where they can watch the longer form videos like the Brand Story Video.

Camelina Wild Flax Seed Oil is packed with nutrients and flavour. So much so that it’s no mean feat to do justice to all of its benefits… some of which relate to heart health, immunity and inflammation. We set about crafting a video that weaves a lot of scientific and technical information into a story that manages to seamlessly capture all the vital messaging while remaining engaging and visually compelling.

It was our absolute pleasure working with Umac Precision in Kells Tech Hub (part of Meath Enterprise) to help them create a video startegy to help them grow their business. Part of the remit with this Brand Story Video was to help forge the new identity of UMAC Group’s new branch of the business… UMAC Precision. We needed to make a clear distinction in their client’s minds between the two iterations of the company… and what better way to build a company’s distinct identity than a Brand Story Video?! This is the first part of their video strategy, we also created Service Videos and did Staff Headshots as well as creating a Banner Video for their website.
